I tried out the 55-200 lens my dad gave me. Sitting probably 20 meters from the kids, with the camera settings on AV-F8.0 ISO-800. I think I should of went 400 because the sun reflecting off my very pale greased up kids was almost blinding withOUT the camera and made them look like they glowed on camera! At any rate, I am enjoying practicing with this camera and I know it will take me a while to figure how to get the settings perfect. I just love my new camera!!
Here are some action shots of Elizabeth jumping into the pool.

On a funny side note. As I was writing this blog, Christopher came up to me and started pulling on my shirt saying "mama mama" I look down and he has his hands up in the air. Then I realized he had dropped a shirt and shorts at my feet. He wanted his jammies off and his clothes on! Smart little boy!
