First time on the new potty!!!

I opened the box for the potty, put it together, slapped it up on the toilet and plopped him down and 2 mins later i hear "eww gross"
He had pooped!
Then, to my horror, I realized he started pooping, got scared and tried to jump off and smeared poop all over the potty seat but... we DID have poop on the potty!
